2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, since there is a title deed pending between the petitioner and his half brother, police cannot provide protection to the petitioner to put up construction upon a disputed land.

3. In the light of the above submission, the petitioner has to work out his remedy before the Civil Court and not through Police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
