The present application has been filed to pass an order, permitting the petitioner to bring Mrs.Alexandra Albuquerque, being the sole legal heir of the first respondent, on record, as the seventh respondent and permit the consequent amendment of the cause title in the above O.P.No.436 of 2024.

2. The respondents have been served and their names have also been reflected in the cause list.

3. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation on the side of the respondents either in person or through a learned counsel.

4. In such view of the matter, the application seeking to implead the 7th respondent, who is the legal heir of the deceased first respondent stands ordered.

5. Necessary amendment shall be carried out by the petitioner on or before 20.06.2025.

6. List the matter on 23.06.2025.
