lodged by the petitioner stating that her daughter is missing from 29.10.2024.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, would submit that the respondents are taking all efforts to secure the missing girl and they would conclude the investigation at the earliest.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct investigation in Crime No.442 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
