ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to survey 12 cents of land in S.No.119/1A2G, Muthukalipatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District and fix boundary stones.

2. In respect of the land at S.No.119/1A2G at Muthukalipatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, the petitioner in order survey the land and to identify the four boundaries had given an application on 05.05.2022 along with necessary fee, which also been paid at the first respondent office.

3. Despite that, no action has been taken by the respondents and no survey has been conducted, hence, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

4. Reiterating the aforesaid Mr.J.Prithivi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court.

5. Heard Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the said application submitted by the petitioner would be considered and the needful would be undertaken within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Having regard to the said stand taken by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and having regard to the innocuous nature of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order: That there shall be a direction to the first, second as well as the third respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 05.05.2022 and do the needful with regard to the plea of the petitioner to survey the land and to identify the four boundaries within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
