Petitioner herein is a suspected accused in Job racketing on the complaint given by one Indira. The petitioner having promised to repay the money is evading enquiry and presently filed this petition alleging that police is harassing him.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, there are multiple complaints against this petitioner of same nature and he is required for enquiry. If he appears for enquiry, he will be enquired in accordance with law.
