O R D E R
The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to survey and earmark the boundaries of the land comprised in survey field Gramanatham land comprised in Old Survey No.383, Part bearing Manaivari Patta No.590, New Sub-division Survey No.383/42 measuring to an extent of 630 Sq.mts together with building standing thereon situated at Maduravoyal Village, originally Ambattur Taluk and present Maduravoyal Taluk, Thiruvallur District that belongs to the petitioner.

In respect of the land at S.No.383/42 measuring to an extent of 630 Sq.mtrs together with building standing thereon situated at Maduravoyal Village , Maduravoyal Taluk, Thiruvallur District, since it belongs to the petitioner, he wanted to survey the land and to identify the four boundaries, for which the petitioner had already paid the necessary fee and had given a representation on 12.09.2022. Despite the same since there was no action from the respondents, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.
3. Heard Mr.D.Thanigaivasan learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the request of the petitioner would be taken into account and accordingly the needful would be undertaken within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the limited scope of the prayer and the factual matrix of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order. "That there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 16.11.2020 and do the needful as claimed by the petitioner therein to survey the land and identify the four boundaries of the petitioner's land within a period of eight weeks."
