ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent and his subordinates not to harass the petitioner except according to due process of law and consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2019.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that already the petitioner was arrested by the fifth respondent for the alleged offence under Sections 8(C), 20(b) ii (B) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.445/2019 and subsequently, she was released on bail. He further submitted that eventhough the petitioner was released on bail, the respondents are harassing the petitioner and hence he requests to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.
3. Admittedly, a case was registered in Cr.No.445/2019 on the file of the fifth respondent against the petitioner herein and her husband. In that case, the petitioner was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 06.10.2019 and subsequently, she was released on bail. In such case, the respondents should not harass the petitioner unless the petitioner is wanted in any other case.
4. With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
