This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report in case in Crime No.207 of 2024 on the file of the respondent-Police within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The offences alleged in this case are under Sections 406 and 420 IPC 1 / 3

and it requires assistance of some other Department. In the above circumstances, they could not file the charge sheet. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file charge sheet as expeditiously as possible.
