This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1333 days in filing the above second appeal in SA.(SR).No.50949 of 2019.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
