O R D E R
This writ petition is filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 27/7/2017 given by the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a simple direction to consider the representation, dated 27/7/2017, will be sufficient.
3. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer i.e., now sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.
Petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent which is in tune of the representation dated 27/7/2017, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon such representation being made to the second respondent, second respondent shall consider the representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving adequate and sufficient opportunity to the petitioners and others, who are also interested. This exercise shall be done within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of representation to be submitted by the petitioner, pursuant to this order.
4. With the above direction, instant writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
