2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that S.Balakrishnan, the husband of the testatrix, died on 10.11.2002. However, in the sixth line of paragraph No.3 of the order, it was erroneously typed as 20.11.2022. Likewise, the list of documents marked as Ex.P2 is the death certificate of S.Balakrishnan, whereas, it has been wrongly described as a legal heir certificate. Since the errors are typographical and occurred inadvertently, the same require correction.

3. The Registry is directed to:

Substitute "10.11.2002" in the place "20.11.2022" in paragraph 3, line 6.

Substitute the word "death" in the place of "legal heir" while describing Ex.P2 in page 3 paragraph 2 and on page 6 in list of documents 4.

A fresh order copy shall be issued to the parties concerned on payment of necessary fees.
