The petitioner has filed this criminal miscellaneous petition to extend the time to execute the order dated 26.09.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.12279 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.31395 of 2022 passed by this Court.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the condition as directed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12279 of in Crl.O.P.No.31395 of 2022 dated 26.09.2024, from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the order relaxing the conditions shall stand automatically dismissed and no further extension of time will be granted to the petitioner.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
