Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to disburse the monetary benefits on the death of Mr.A.Balamurugan, Assessor, O/o.AE/O&E/Uthangarai-II, who expired on 08.10.2014, to the petitioner such as terminal benefits, DCRG, Family Pension, Earned Leave, GPF arrears of family pension, which are granted to the petitioner by the first respondent in his proceedings dated 18.11.2016, together with interest from the date of death till date of disbursement within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
