gya C O M M O N O R D E R When these matters were taken up for hearing today, the order passed by the Division Bench in W.A.No.3169 of 2025 dated 23.10.2025, was placed before this Court. The Division Bench has directed the appeal to be posted for hearing after four weeks and in the meantime, the Division Bench has directed no coercive steps to be taken.

2. In view of the above, these Contempt Petitions are closed and based on the final decision taken by the Division Bench in the writ appeal, the petitioner can revive the contempt petitions.
