ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the contempt of order of this Court made in WP.No.32295 of 2024 dated 7.11.2024. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent produced the proceedings of the CEO, Thanjavur, dated 22.09.2025, wherein the claim made by the petitioner has been rejected.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner filed additional affidavit questioning the basis on which such rejection order was passed. 3.In the considered view of this Court, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the CEO dated 22.9.2025, the petitioner has to initiate independent proceedings and workout the remedy in the manner known to law. 4.This contempt petition is accordingly closed. 21-11-2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order
