Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 10.10.2024 in Memo No.1048/BCDFGISSSV/2024 against my husband namely Appuru Premkumar @ Balaji, Male aged about 22 years, S/o.Shanmugam, who is confined at Central
