4. The petitioner would aver that due to administrative reasons, delay of 221 days occurred in preferring the civil miscellaneous appeal.

5. As the reasons assigned by the petitioner appears to be reasonable and acceptable, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of cost of Rs.500/- payable in favour of the High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 02.12.2025.
