W.M.P.No.34580 of 2022 in W.P.No.35115 of 2022 M.SUNDAR.J., Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of certified copy of the 'impugned proceedings dated 07.02.2022 bearing reference DRC-07 GSTIN33AADCN9343B1ZR/2017-18, 2018-2019 and 2019-2020' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to the support affidavit submitted that certified copy of the impugned proceedings has not been served on the petitioner and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to Paragraph 7 of the support affidavit, which reads as follows: '7. It is further submits that the respondent has not served copy of the impugned proceedings in DRC-07 dated 07.02.2022 in GSTIN33AADCN9343B1ZR/2017-18, 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 to me. Hence, I could not able to file the certified copy to me. Therefore, I am producing the Web copy of the impugned order before this Hon'ble Court.'
