This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that (b) the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19987 of 2024 dated 06.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that P.R.C.No.21 of 2024 has been assigned before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar and the next hearing date has also been fixed on 20.11.2024 before the trial Court.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19987 of 2024 dated 06.09.2024 in 6(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on 20.11.2024 and thereafter, on the hearing dates fixed by the Court concerned.
