ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings of the first respondent dated 28.02.2017 issued by the first respondent directing the District Collector to cancel the settlement deed executed by the father of the petitioners.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the impugned Order, the District Collector has cancelled the document as against which an appeal has also been filed. Hence, submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
