The writ petition has been filed to call for the records on the file of the respondent in Ref.No.Na.Ka./fh.ep-ePlh-2017 dated 05.10.2017 and Quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to grant permission order for conducting demonstration at Devenkudi Kadai theru for future dated mentioned.

The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the order of the respondent dated 05.10.2017 and to direct the respondent to grant permission for conducting demonstration. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
