Crl.M.P.No.15800 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24665 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24665 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024, passed by this Court to report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate, on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed; final report has been filed and the case is taken up in P.R.C No.21 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police and the case shall stands be posted on 20.11.2024 for the appearance of the petitioner before the Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7 (a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24665 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar on 20.11.2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
