Crl.M.P.No.15904 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25205 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.

The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25205 of 2024 dated 09.10.2024 directing the petitioner "to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m, on alternative days for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25205 of 2024 dated 09.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur, on all working days at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
