This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 08.06.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.6129 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.264 of 2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days until further orders.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail on 29.03.2022 by this Court in Crl.A.No.264 of 2022 on condition that he should appear before the trial court daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Subsequently, the said condition was modified by this Court by order dated 08.06.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.6129 of 2022 that he shall appear before the respondent police once in fifteen days until further orders. Now he seeks to totally relax the condition imposed by this Court on 08.06.2022.
3. The learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. He V.SIVAGNANAM, J.

msr further submitted that on filing final report, the case has been taken on file as S.C.No.29 of 2022 and the same is posted for trial on 2.3.2023.
4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the case has been taken on file as SC.No.29 of 2022 and the same was posted for trial, the condition imposed on the petitioner that he should appear before the respondent police once in fifteen days until further orders is totally relaxed. The petitioner shall appear before the trial court as and when required.
