This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed "7(a)the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 am until further orders" in Crl.OP.NO.24715 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 20 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.NO.24715 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders.
