O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the learned District Munsif, Ambattur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.514 of 2014.

2. Heard Mr. G.Mageshkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after contesting both the parties the case was reserved for arguments during the month of March 2022. Thereafter, necessity arose to implead the legal heirs of the 2nd defendant and the said amendment was also allowed and carried out. Even then, the learned trial Judge has not pronounce the judgment.

4. On a perusal of the E-Court status, it reveals that, nearly 1 year the case is pending, at the stage of steps and amendment. It shows that the Presiding Officer is not inclined to dispose of the case as early as possible. Since the arguments were partly heard.

5. Hence, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case on merits within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
