Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent's impugned order in Ref.RBI/CMS/N/ 202425023165602/2425, dated 01.10.2024 rejecting the claim made by the petitioner in closing the complaint under Clause 16(2)(a) of the 1/4

Reserve Bank - Integrated Ombudsman Scheme 2021(1) and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent bank to pay a sum of Rs.4,95,000/- towards delay in returning the original documents as per the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India, to the petitioner herein forthwith.
