This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.22095 of 2024 on 11.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 AM, until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and the case is before the Sub Court, Sirkazhi in C.C.

No.04 of 2024 and posted for hearing on 03.12.2024.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Sub Court, Sirkazhi for hearing on 03.12.2024 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the Trial Court.

Thereby,the condition No.6(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.22095 of 2024 on 11.09.2024 is modified.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
