This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that (a) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 am for a period of thirty days imposed in the above Crl.O.P.No.21552 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 35 days and the petitioner has one previous case.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21552 of 2024 on 12.09.2024 in para No.6(c) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders.
