This Civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 49 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Though notice was served and the names of the respondents 1 to 5 were printed in the cause list, none appeared on their behalf and no counter has been filed till date.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also Mr.S.Srinivasan, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 6 & 7.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

5. Accordingly this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter for admission on 07.08.2025.
