It is pointed out by Mr.T.M.Pappiah, Learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the First to Fourth Respondents, that the Petitioner has got an effective remedy under Section 47 - A(10) of the Stamp Act, 1899, to file an appeal in this Court for the relief that has been sought in the Writ Petition.

2. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to resort the aforesaid remedy and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
