When the matter was called today, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Apparently this writ petition is pending from December, 2022 onwards. This matter was lastly listed on 02.01.2023. Thereafter, it seems that no efforts were taken by the petitioner to get the matter listed. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this matter further. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
