This petition has been filed to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the vehicle VOLKSWAGEN POLO bearing Registration No. 1/3

TN01AP3010, Chassis No. WVWC11608BT03986, Engine No. CFW093458 available at the respondent's premises or wherever found and permit the Advocate Commissioner to obtain police aid and to break open the premises. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that already award has been passed.

In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to pass any interim order. It is open to the applicant to work out his remedy, by enforcing the award, as per law.
