ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2016.

2. The grievance expressed by the petitioner in the said representation is that the 5th respondent was issued with license to vend stamp at a place which is fact in a fictitious address. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for action.

3. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner as it is for the 3rd respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.06.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the 5th respondent. Such exercise shall be done by the 3rd respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
