The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the C.C. No.89 of 2019 which has been challenged in this quash petition has been subsequently transferred and was renumbered as C.C. No. 104 of 2020 and petitioner was tried in the said case and was acquitted by the Judgment dated 13.10.2021 2.In view of the same, the above prayer in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
