This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondent to take action third respondent based on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2017 and restraining the third respondent from any underground activity without any proper approval from the concern authority.
