ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main suit itself has been settled before the trial Court and he has also produced the copy of the Compromise Decree passed by the trial Court in O.S.No.171 of 1997, dated 07.02.2024.

2. In view of the disposal of the main suit, nothing survives for further consideration in the Civil Revision Petitions and hence, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
