ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in pursuance of his representation dated 26.11.2019.
2. When this matter came up for hearing on 17.12.2019, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that inspite of repeated messages sent by him, the first respondent has not appeared before him for giving instructions. Hence, this Court has directed the first respondent to appear in person before this Court. Accordingly, the first respondent appeared before this Court today.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the given complaint by one Saidalavikoya Thangal, C.S.R.No.213 of 2019 was issued, only for enquiry purpose in the said complaint, the petitioner was called and he was not subjected to any harassment. He further submitted that after enquiry, the said C.S.R was closed on 18.12.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
