Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the petitions for substituted service on 2nd respondent are allowed.

2. The petitioner is permitted to serve 2nd respondent by paper publication. The paper publication shall be effected in Madras Edition of Tamil daily "Makkal Kural" on or before 11.03.2024 for the hearing date fixed on 25.03.2024.
