This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct demonstration at the venue of Kallakadai Moolai, Thiruvennainallulr with microphone, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2024.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the respondents-Police have already granted permission to the petitioner to conduct demonstration at the venue of Kallakadai Moolai, Thiruvennainallulr with microphone.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
