This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7583 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.875 of 2024 by order dated 12.06.2024 directing him to appear before the trial Court twice in a day i.e. 10.30 a.m., in the morning and 5.00 p.m. in the evening, pending revision.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7583 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.875 of 2024 by order dated 12.06.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on Monday of every week at 10.30 a.m, and before the respondent police on Thursday of every week at 5.00 p.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
