This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Tiruppur on all working days at 10.30 am until further orders, without fail, imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.25546 of 2024 by order dated 18.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25546 of 2024 on 18.10.2024 in para 7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.
