Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records made in FIR in Crime No.471 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vellore North Police Station, the first respondent herein and quash the same as illegal to secure the ends of justice.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 471 of 2018, pending on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that in Crime No.471 of 2018, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed in S.C.No.38 of 2022 before the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Vellore.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), nothing survives for further adjudication in the petition and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
