C.M.A.No.501 of 2023 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.,J Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the AppellantTransport Corporation submitted that inadvertently he has not communicated the order passed by this Court on 02.02.2024 to the Transport Corporation in time and therefore requested this Court to grant some more time for the Transport-Corporation to comply with the aforesaid order of this Court.

2. Considering his request, this Court directs the Appellant-Transport Corporation to comply with the order of this Court dated 02.02.2024, on or before 05.04.2024, failing which Managing Director or Chief Financial Officer shall appear before this Court on the said date and explain the reasons for non compliance of the order of this Court and their financial position.
