This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21919 of 2024 by order dated 11.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 7 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner on 17.04.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21919 of 2024 on 11.09.2024 in para No.6(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders.
