This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner before the respondent police once a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and further he shall appear for every hearing before the trial Court regularly without fail in Crl.O.P.No.9315 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and investigation has been completed and final report also filed.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9315 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
