ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for enabling the petitioner to comply the condition to execute two sureties each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Hosur on or before

28.08.2025 imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No. 17403 of 2025 by an order dated 18.08.2025.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both learned counsel for petitioner and learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) for respondent appeared. The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that he is unable to arrange the sureties for the sum of Rs.25,000/- each on or before 28.08.2025 and now he has arranged two sureties for the sum of Rs.25,000/- and he is ready to execute the bond before the concerned Magistrate. Hence, he has filed this petition for extension of time.

3. Considering the request made by the petitioner herein, this Court is inclined to extend time for the period of two weeks for execution of sureties for the sum of Rs.25,000/- as per the order passed in Crl. O.P.No. 17403 of 2025. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 12-09-2025 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order RPP
