Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1 to 4 Respondents and consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2022 sent by the registered post and 19.12.2022 in person to appoint the Petitioner as Sales man/women in anywhere in Thiruvannamalai District during the direct interview of recruitment will be held on 26.12.2022 at 8.30 AM in the premises of the Shanmuga Industries Arts and Science (Co-Ed) Manalorepet Road, Thiruvannamalai Town Taluk and District. ORDER
The petitioner has applied to the post of sales woman pursuant to a recruitment notification.
2. She has been called for interview which is scheduled to take place on 26.12.2022. However, the petitioner apprehends that she may not be selected. This Court is of the considered view that even without participating in the interview, the question of entertaining this writ petition at stage will not arise.
3. The petitioner has approached this court prematurely. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by any improper selection, only thereafter she can only approach this Court only once the final selection list is published by the respondents. Since the petitioner has approached this Court prematurely, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to participate in the interview for the post of sales woman on 26.12.2022 and if aggrieved by any improper selection, she is always at liberty to approach the appropriate forum to redress her grievance in future. No costs.
