ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 374 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Ms.P.T.Saleem Fathima, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the respondent and she does not have any serious objections in allowing the petition.

4. The petitioner would aver that in order to place the matter before the board and for obtaining opinion from the panel advocate, delay of 374 days occurred in filing the appeal.

5. The reasons stated by the petitioner appears to be acceptable. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition on payment of cost of Rs.500/- payable in favour of the Cancer Institute (WIA), Gandhi Nagar Canal Bank Road, Adyar, Chennai - 20 (payable in S.B.A/c.No.149710011000002, Union Bank of India, Madhya Kailash Branch, Cancer Institute (WIA) Campus, Sardar Patel Road, Chennai-36, Branch Name and Code : 1497, MICR No.600011049, IFSC Code : UBIN0814971), on or before 23.10.2025.
