O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed by complaining that the order dated 19.12.2018 passed in W.P.No.33723 of 2018 has not been complied with.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the Joint Director of School Education has passed an order on 10.12.2019 granting approval to the proposal that was sent by the petitioner-School for appointment of a Physical Education Teacher. It is made clear from the order that the Chief Educational Officer has been directed to formally pass an order and grant approval for appointment of a Physical Education Teacher to the petitioner- School.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to direct the respondent to send a copy of the order dated 10.12.2019 to the concerned School. It is seen from the said order that a copy of the said order has already been marked to the petitioner School. Page No. 2/3

4. In view of the above developments, this Contempt Petition is closed.
